Description

A new 2-storey multi-purpose Village Hall and Community Hub under construction on the Recreation Ground in Cottenham, Cambridgeshire, CB24 8TA.
The building comprises:
a first floor 160m2 event space with bar, kitchen and balcony overlooking the sports fields,
a 46m2 ground floor bar, kitchen and lounge, also overlooking the sports fields, combinable with a 121m2 community hall and kitchen,
an 23m2 office / meeting room, and
a 18m2 foyer with entrance and lift.
Bars are serviced by Greene King.
The facility is available in whole or in part and a range of tenures are possible.
