Description

This opportunity was previously advertised under project DN327146 & OJEU notice 2018/S 055-121807. The opportunity has been re-advertised under a new DN number as the contract term has been extended to 10 years, a substantial change under OJEU Regs, the rest of the opportunity remains the same. Bournemouth Borough Council is advertising the following tender opportunity for the delivery of Housing Related Support services to assist people with mental health issues to develop or maintain their independence within the community thus preventing loss of their home or tenancy and/or the otherwise unnecessary use of more institutional forms of care. It does not cover the provision of day services or day opportunities or any service that includes the delivery of personal care. The delivery of the service is from a 21 unit premise provided by Bournemouth Borough Council, who will also be the Landlord of the premises and will grant a Lease to the New Provider for the duration of the service provision.
