The Council is seeking a contractor to meet its material reprocessing requirements for cardboard, paper and mixed papers arising from Warwickshire County Council managed Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs).The ITQ has been issued using the Council's E-tendering portal, and the whole procurement process will be managed using this system. Any queries or requests for clarification must be made in writing via the correspondence function on the E Tendering portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/csw-jets/aspx/Home.

The Council does not accept and will not respond to any verbal requests for clarification. Requests for clarification will be accepted until 24th August 2020, 12 noon.
