Description
Early Engagement: Oldham Council ('the Council') is seeking interest from suitably experienced organisations for the design, supply, and installation of an in-situ Bike Hub to include: A Pump Track, Dual Track, and Skills Area. The organisations interested should be based in and around the North West of England.
