Description

Orbis is a partnership between Brighton and Hove City Council, East Sussex County Council and Surrey County Council that aims to provide seamless and resilient business services to the public sector, creating a compelling alternative to other providers. The Orbis Partnership incorporates the following services: Human Resources and Organisational Development, Property, IT, Procurement, Finance and Business Operations.
The Orbis Procurement service has a strong commercial insight analysis function, which delivers insight into our spend; and information on markets and suppliers to ensure we make the most effective spending decisions at the right price for Surrey County Council, East Sussex County Council and Brighton and Hove City Council.
