Description

South Yorkshire and Humberside Police are looking to procure an off the shelf Faciliaties Management System to manage the end to end running of a complex buildings estate.
This off the shelf software is required to replace a number of existing processes and systems which are no longer fit for purpose.
The system will assist the forces to more effectively manage the Estates records, conform with Health and Safety Legislation and maintain service levels dispite austerity measures.
Although initially for use by South Yorkshire and Humberside Police, the framework will be available to North and West Yorkshire Police and South Yorkshire and Humberside Fire and Rescue should they choose to utilise this in the future. The contrsct will be for 4 years with 3 x 12 month optional extensions.
