Description
MVDC) invites bids for viability assessments to support development of the following three policy areas:
o Review of affordable housing policy
o Update of Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule
o Whole plan viability assessment of Future Mole Valley Local Plan
In addition to providing viability assessments to support the above areas, the appointed consultant will be required to act as an expert witness for MVDC at the Local Plan examination for viability related issues.
