Description

Anchor is England's largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care for people over 55 in England and our history and experience extends back for more than 50 years. Today, Anchor has over 60,000 customers and more than 9,000 colleagues working in over 1,700 locations across England in circa 85% of local council areas.

Anchor is a registered provider and an exempt charity, regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing and the Care Quality Commission, and we are the largest operator of housing for older people, and the sixth largest residential care home operator, in England.

Anchor is committed to providing all customers with the right level of care and support, where and when it is required, and we offer services to suit needs and price point;
• Care homes: specialist residential care for older people, including dementia
• Villages: Retirement communities often including on-site facilities such as shop, leisure/beauty, home care and/or a care home
• Extra-care: Specialist housing with onsite care provision, usually state-funded
• Independent living: similar to extra-care but usually privately/self-funded
• Rented housing: socially-rented specialist housing for older people
• Homeownership housing: Retirement housing for homeowners/leaseholders

Anchor has a proven track record of consistent revenue and profit delivery, is rated G1/V1 by the Regulator of Social Housing, and A+ (stable) by Standard & Poors. We are working towards our strategic plan to provide more, and better, housing for older people; more opportunities for colleagues; more influence for customers; and to be more efficient. We plan to build 5,700 affordable and energy efficient homes over 10 years, and to grow our Care home portfolio to a maximum of 140 homes over the medium to long term, underpinned by efficiency improvements and synergy savings across the organisation.

As part of that plan we are seeking proposals to transform our banking processes in the following 2 lots:

(Lot 1) Money Transmission Services

(Lot 2) Client Bank Account Solution
