Description

The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for the AHU Replacement Works at the Peter Scott Gallery.

The Works involves the Design and Construction of new air handling and ventilation systems to the Peter Scott Gallery.

The scope of works will include, but is not limited to, the following:-
-Mechanical & electrical services.
-New structural steel plant frame at roof level
-New Air Handling Unit on the roof of the Peter Scott Gallery.
-New condensers on the roof of the Peter Scott Gallery.
-Roof adaptations (walkway, steps/stairs and edge protection).
-Making good of Floor, wall and ceiling finishes following builders works.

The Peter Scott Gallery forms part of the larger 'Great Hall Complex' located at the North end of the main campus. Adjacent to the site is the remainder of the Great Hall Complex, which includes the Great Hall, Nuffield Theatre, Theatre workshops/ rehearsal rooms, bar/ event booking office and circulation space (access from the Great Hall Square through to the Great Hall Court and the North Spine pedestrian corridor), all of which will be occupied/ accessed by others throughout the duration of the works.
