Description

This project will provide a maximum of 55 affordable one bed accommodation units and 8 two bed accommodation units using modern methods of construction. In addition to the accommodation units, a commercial space of approx. 600m2 is to be provided. This space will be used for light industrial, warehouse and storage.

Bidders should note that this opportunity has been split into two lots, with Evolve inviting bids which offer both modular and traditional solutions. Evolve intends to appoint in one lot only. Further information is contained within the tender documentation.
