The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

The Contractor shall be a currently accredited member of the Ground Source Heat Pump
Association, (GSHPA) 39 Dryburgh Road, London SW15 1BN and shall be able to demonstrate
experience and competency in the installation of water source heat pumps. Tenders
submitted by Contractors not members of GSHPA will not be considered.
