Description

The Department of Community and Children's Services (DCCS) is supporting the Corporation's aim to 'contribute to a flourishing society' through a proposed mental health centre in the square mile.

The Department wishes to increase the range of - and access to - therapeutic mental health treatment for workers and residents, including those on low incomes through subsidised cost treatments.

To help facilitate this the Department is offering rent-free premises over 3 years within the Square Mile.

The City is looking for suitably experienced providers to help shape and deliver this new initiative.

This will be governed by a 3 year contract with the option to extend for a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance and success in service delivery. The terms of this agreement will be a concession contract.

The estimated contract value given is for the full duration of the contract including the maximum possible extensions. The estimated annual contract value is therefore £1,200,000.
