Description

The Peoples Projects: The National Lottery Community Fund has again teamed up with The National Lottery, ITV, UTV, and this year the Sunday Mail in Scotland to give community organisations the chance to apply for up to £70,000 of National Lottery funding. After a high-profile national campaign, the winners will be decided by public vote, giving National Lottery players and the public a say in how National Lottery money is awarded.

In May 2023 five shortlisted projects, per region, in the 16 ITV regions across England, Northern Ireland, parts of the Borders in Scotland and Wales, and a total of 15 projects across the rest of Scotland will be put forward for a public vote (95 projects in total).

To ensure The Peoples Projects vote is fair and accessible to all, and the programme is well publicised with a clear user journey, the Fund requires a secure and user-friendly website to enable voting. The website must also host information and videos about the projects that the public can vote for and provide information for the public to access about what the programme is and how they can get involved.

The Fund is therefore seeking to procure a service provider to design and host The Peoples Projects website.

This will be an 11 month contract until 03rd September 2023, with the option to extend by a further month. The maximum budget for this procurement is £110,000 including expenses (excluding VAT).

This contract will be subject to the Funds standard terms and conditions. These can be accessed via the following link: https://www.tnlcommunityfund.org.uk/about/customer-service/supplier-zone/terms-and-conditions (this contract will be subject to our terms and conditions for over £10,000). A submission received as part of this tender process shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions, so bidders are advised to review these with their legal team whilst the tender is still live.

This tender will be hosted on BravoSolution, the Funds e-tendering portal. In order to access the tender, bidders will first need to register on the portal via the following link: https://tnlcommunityfund.bravosolution.co.uk/
