Description
Brighton & Hove City Council is establishing a framework agreement that will be used to carry out major capital projects to council managed housing stock, and invites bidders to submit bids for a place on this framework agreement. Works will include, but are not limited to, new build property construction works, conversion of use of existing property, loft conversions and extensions. Full details are listed in the ITT. The framework will be split into two lots;
Lot 1 will be for major works projects with a value of up to and including £300,000.00.
Lot 2 will be used for major works projects with a value of over £300,000.00.
Up to 6 bidders will be awarded places on each lot. Bidders may apply for ONE LOT ONLY. All projects will be subject to a mini-competition process. All Contractors that have been successfully allocated a place on one of the framework lots shall be invite to bid for each project. This framework agreement may also be accessed by Adur District Council and Worthing Borough Council.
