Description
The Authority is seeking tenders from experienced contractors who have the technical expertise in Roof Covering Renewal & Window and Door replacement and the general refurbishment of an existing building.
The successful contractor will undertake works which comprise of a new main roof covering, replacement uPVC window units, replacement of internal doors and frames, renewal of floorcoverings, internal redecoration, isolated plaster repairs, kitchen refurbishment, bathroom refurbishment, laundry room refurbishment, electrical supply improvements to offices and renewal of electrical fittings, as further detailed in the Scope document.
