Description
Tower Hamlets Children's Services has been working with the Greater London Authority and four other London Boroughs - Bexley, Merton, Newham and Sutton (the Pan-London Care Impact Partnership) - to develop a Social Impact Bond (SIB) funded service to prevent adolescents entering the care system. We are seeking a Provider who will act as the Platform for the Social Impact Bond which will comprise of a Special Purpose Vehicle who will have management responsibility for the SIB, will secure social investment and secure the provision of services to work with families whose children are on the edge of care. They will also be responsible for tracking success and the delivery of all contractual obligations.
