Description

Staffordshire County Council wishes to explore the feasibility of developing and operating a commercial solar farm on land owned by the County Council. Advice has been sought previously from APSE Energy on the options, process and procedures involved in establishing a solar farm. The Council now requires more detail on specific sites to enable an informed decision to be made on whether to progress a planning application and deliver a scheme. A consultant is required to undertake this feasibility study.
