Description

The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") is prepared to receive tenders for NFDC Approved Contractors for the Controlled Demolition of 22 - 28 Bank Street, Bolton BL1 1TS which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The term of the Contract will be for circa 16 weeks. It is intended for the Contract to commence on 18 March 2019 with a start on-site date of 8 April 2019. Please note due to the dangerous internal nature of the building pre-tender site visits are considered unsafe. The building can however be readily observed externally from public access locations.
