Description

Broadacres is seeking to engage external auditors to provide a quality external audit service. Broadacres currently engages BDO to undertake internal audit. The external audit tender is undertaken by the Audit and Risk Committee on behalf of the Board. The Audit and Risk Committee will then make a recommendation to the Board regarding the successful firm.
The Audit and Risk Committee are inviting tenders for external audit services to commence from January 2019, with the first year of audit being the financial year ended 31st March 2019. The successful firm will enter into an initial three year contract, subject to satisfactory performance, with a possible extension on an annual basis for a maximum of a further two years.
Broadacres is required to work within the standards and guidelines produced by the RSH.
