Description

The Liverpool City Region ("LCR") Combined Authority ("CA") wishes to procure a business festival, and related services (the "Festival"), for delivery in late summer 2020. The Festival will follow international business festivals held in Liverpool in 2014, 2016 and 2018 but will assume a distinct, fresh identity. To this end, the CA is procuring a Festival Manager (the "Manager") to plan and deliver the Festival. The Manager may be a single entity or a group of entities combining to plan and deliver the Festival. In case of group, the CA will require a single entity to act as lead entity for the Manager.
