Description

LB Southwark is seeking expressions of interest from competent contractors to design and construct 17 new build units (15 flats and 2 maisonettes) for rent adjacent to the Pelier Estate in South East London. The site is located within an urban densely populated area and is constrained by existing roads, a small park and is in close proximity to occupied residential dwellings. The development site is subject to regulation by Network Rail due to being adjacent to live railway tracks.
