Description
Requirements for James Cook MRU system:
• 0.01° roll and pitch accuracy or better.
• 5 cm real time heave accuracy or better.
• 2 cm delayed heave accuracy or better.
• Heading accuracy 0.04 deg or better.
• Velocity accuracy 0.03 m/s RMS or better.
• Scale factor error in roll pitch and heave 0.05% RMS or better.
• Meets IHO special order requirements.
• Robust against GNSS dropouts.
• Multi channel dual frequency GPS/GLONASS receiver > 80 channels.
• GNSS receiver compatible with GPS/GLONASS/Galileo/Beidou.
• Includes ionospheric compensation methods to reduceSunspot 24 cycle effects.
• Fugro XP/G2 corrections and RTK supported.
• RTK corrections format RTCM and CMR supported.
• Includes SBAS corrections (WAAS, EGNOS, MSAS, GAGAN).
• All data have the same time stamp and to an accuracy of 0.001 s to the actual measurement time.
• Logging of raw satellite and IMU data possible.
• Certified in accordance with ISO 9001and ISO 14001.
• The position reference system used must input to the ships Kongsberg DP system; we require the system to transform to a common reference point on the vessel.
• Data output in NMEA 0183 proprietary Kongsberg format to interface with Kongsberg EM120 and EM710 at 100hz data rate. Up to 200hz preferred.
• Data output via RS232 interface and Ethernet udp message. At least eight RS232 or RS422 ports are required

The instructions are as follows;
UK Shared Business Services eSourcing as part of the strategic alliance between UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS) and Crown Commercial Service (CCS), UK SBS can use the CCS eSourcing Suite for future procurements.
If you have not yet registered on the eSourcing Suite, this can be done online at https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk by following the link 'Register for CCS eSourcing'.
Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so.
Once you have registered on the eSourcing Suite, a registered user can express an interest for a specific procurement. This is done by emailing ExpressionOfInterest@ccs.gsi.gov.uk. Your email must clearly state: the name and reference for the procurement you wish to register for; the name of the registered Bidder; and the name and contact details for the registered individual sending the email.
Crown Commercial Service will process the email and then enable the Bidder to access the procurement online via the e-Sourcing Suite.
The registered user will receive a notification email to alert them once this has been done.
The Sourcing documents can then be accessed on the eSourcing Suite at: https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk using the instructions detailed in the Specification documents within Contracts Finder.
As a user of the e-Sourcing Suite you will have access to Emptoris email messaging service which facilitates all messages sent to you and from you in relation to any specific RFX event.
Please note it is your responsibility to access these emails on a regular basis to ensure you have sight of all relevant information.

Within the e-sourcing suite there are Questionnaires which will have a series of Questions that we require all Bidders to answer, within each question there is Bidder guidance on what the customer is looking for and how to answer the question.
Bidder Training documents are also available in each tender in the e-sourcing suite, you will be able to access these once you have registered etc.
