CLOSED BRANCH LINES MINOR WORKS - RSD/19 - Remove sapling throughout the structure and treat with herbicide to stop regrowth. Stitch longitudinal fractures on soffit and date tabs for future monitoring. Recase spalled brickwork throughout the structure. Repoint open joints and fill fractures throughout and date tabs for future monitoring. Contractor to provide sketches for repair works. Consult latest detailed exam report for further details.
