Description
The main objective of the work is to identify the most appropriate vehicular access into the site. At present, there is no specific proposal for a housing scheme, but the consultant will need to work on the basis that 200 homes could be developed.
In addition to the site specific access, potential mitigation works at local junctions will also need to be explored (which will be determined when traffic counts are undertaken and junction models developed).
