Description
The Integrated Commissioning Team, across Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Southend NHS Clinical Commissioning Group and Castle Point and Rochford NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, is considering options for the future commissioning of a 'Mental Health wellbeing, Recovery College and Peer Support Service' ('the Project').
As part of a wider engagement and consultation exercise we are inviting suitably qualified service providers to attend a Market Engagement Event the purpose of which is to inform the market of the intentions of the Integrated Commissioning Team for this provision across Southend, Castle Point and Rochford.
The Commissioners are keen to receive market feedback, and would welcome provider views in relation to this service. The market engagement event will offer a further opportunity to engage with stakeholders and for prospective service providers to learn more about the services.
The format of the event will be a Presentation from the Commissioners followed by a Q & A session. After the Presentation, the Integrated Commissioning Team will make available 20 minute 1-to-1 slots on a first come first served basis to answer more detailed questions and capture feedback. There will also be focused group work and networking opportunities throughout the afternoon. The information gathered will be used to inform the Commissioners' service model and future procurement plan.
The closing date for registering attendance is 5pm on 22nd August 2018. Due to limitations of space, attendance is restricted to a maximum of 2 representatives per organisation.
In order to express an interest in attending this event, please log into the eTendering Portal here: https://attain.force.com/s/ and complete the required booking form within the Response Requirements section for the relevant Project. You will need to be registered with the eTendering Portal to respond to the opportunity.
Please Note:
Any expenditure, work or effort undertaken by you prior to any subsequent procurement is a matter solely for your own commercial judgment. The Commissioners reserve the right to withdraw from the process at any time or to not tender the service(s) or to tender on a different basis. In such circumstances, and in any event, The Commissioners and/or their advisors shall not be liable for any costs or loss of expenses whatsoever incurred by any organisation, agent or subsidiary that may have contributed to any proposals submitted to this notice.
