The DPS will be divided into appropriate Lots of work as listed below:#
Lot 1 - Landscape Soft works, trees and shrub planting, including forestry planting
Lot 1 will be divided in to two value bands:
Band A - Below £250,000
Band B - Above £250,000
Lot 2 - Hard works including drainage, surfacing, special surfaces, walling and fencing
Lot 2 will be divided in to two value bands:
Band A - Below £250,000
Band B - Above £250,000
Lot 3 - Earthworks and work to contaminated land
Band A - Below £250,000
Band B - Above £250,000
Lot 4 - Installation of street furniture, specialist play and sports equipment
Lot 4 will be divided in to two value bands:
Band A - Below £250,000
Band B - Above £250,000
Lot 5 - Specialist drainage works and sports pitch improvements
Lot 5 will be divided in to two value bands:
Band A - Below £250,000
