Description

An intrusive survey of the IMO Building is required to check on the condition of the fire dampers (most of which are concealed). During the course of recent repairs, missing or deteriorated have been identified. On completion of the survey the contractor will install/repair dampers which are to be priced against a tendered schedule of rates.
