Description

The Council wishes to procure the services of a specialist contractor to carry out the Conversion of existing ground floor store areas to form new 1 bed flats. 1 Flat per block at blocks 1 and 2 Aveley Walk, Reading.

The property will not be occupied at the time of work

Contract duration is expected to be approximately 13 weeks completion from commencement. Contract start date expected to be 1st July 2020.

The quote which you have provided will be subject to the JCT minor works building contracts 2016.
