Description

New Anglia LEP is seeking an independent organisation to undertake three annual evaluation(s) of our Business Growth Programme, covering the periods 1st September 2015 - 31st August 2016, 1st September 2016 - 31st August 2017, and 1st September 2017 - 31st August 2018.
Each evaluation will assess the impact of the programme on a range of issues, including acquiring and satisfying customers, start-up support, efficient use of resources, value for money, delivery of objectives and outputs, economic impact through uplift in GVA and job creation.
