Description

A suitably qualified organisation is sought to operate a high growth digital business start-up programme in the Liverpool City Region. It is intended that such a programme will: * Identify and operate an application process for suitable start-up proposals with screening undertaken for the candidates with the most potential * Provide a programme of support for those companies identified in the first stage which allows them to finalise and implement their business plan * Undertake a second screening process that offers a programme of highly intensive support to those businesses demonstrating the most potential at the end of phase 1 * Create a networking mechanism / programme and digital system that allows an increasing number of high growth businesses to interact and continue to support one another
