***THIS PIN NOTICE IS TO NOTIFY SUPPLIERS OF AN UPCOMING REQUIREMENT THAT WILL BE ADVERTISED USING THE CCS RM6219 LEARNING AND TRAINING SERVICES DPS, FILTER OPTIONS - BESPOKE TRAINING - LEARNING CATEGORY - BUISNESS SKILLS***
UK Research and Innovation requires provision of core personal training in a range of topics, to be delivered to internal academic and non-academic staff across all seven Research Councils, Innovate UK and Research England.

Each year UKRI invests in research covering the full spectrum of academic disciplines from the medical and biological sciences to astronomy, physics, chemistry and engineering, social sciences, economics, environmental sciences and the arts and humanities.
The purpose of this contract is to ensure that all employees have the skills, knowledge and capabilities to deliver the future vision and strategy of UKRI. This will be achieved by providing a core learning and development (L&D) offering that will be delivered via a blended approach such as, but not limited to webinars, online training, face to face/virtual workshops or a combination of these.
Aims
• Source high quality, cost effective personal and professional provision that meets the needs of the diverse UKRI employee base of approximately 8000 people
• Provide training using a range of delivery methods including face to face, hybrid and virtual delivery which may be supported by electronic resources and diagnostic tools and reporting.
• Ensure employees have access to personal and professional training that enables them to undertake their roles effectively and helps develop their skills to aid career development.
This contract will be awarded for an initial 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years on a 1 + 1 basis.
