Description

The project utilises the EU Growth Programme (2014-2020) and has progressed through the Workspace 'Call' process for ERDF investment to Full Application stage.
The Council seeks to appoint a suitably accredited and demonstrably experienced Principal Contractor to undertake the design and construction of the Aerohub Business Park - Phase 1 (Plot 2) under an NEC 3 Engineering & Construction Contract (Option A) to BREEAM Excellent standard. The design works are complete to a RIBA 4 and the successful contractor is required to undertake necessary due diligence for architectural, civil engineering, MEP engineering, landscaping to allow construction of the works.
The construction works shall comprise site works including site access roads, earthworks, enabling works, statutory services connections to existing, access roads, car parks, landscaping and drainage. The works shall include the construction of a high quality three storey office facility and 8 light industrial units across 2 blocks.
