Description

The scoping is expected to inform the design of the low carbon road transport pillar of the multi-year Prosperity Fund. It should deliver clear, robust and evidenced recommendations on the scope and nature of a programme on low carbon road transport and NEV development in China, in a way that impacts positively on GHG emission reduction, promotes UK science innovation and policy expertise, and supports market access for UK business.
