Description
The Council is seeking to appoint a Contractor for the installation of Grade D (e) category LD1 or LD2 smoke detectors and associated electrical installations works to dwellings and communal areas within housing blocks owned by Reading Borough Council.
It is anticipated that the Contract will commence in August/September 2018 and will run for two years.
The total anticipated value for the services ordered using this contract is £650,000 per annum. There is no guarantee of any work and no guarantee of any level of work in any financial year. Only one contractor will be selected to carry out the works.
