Description

The National Museum of the Royal Navy (NMRN) is looking for an efficient HR system and payroll service. The NMRN wishes to procure an integrated HR and payroll System with a fully managed payroll service, or an integrated HR and payroll system that NMRN can manage itself, or a HR system plus a fully managed payroll service. Therefore, the tender comprises of 4 lots that bidders can tender for.

Lot 1- Integrated HR and Payroll System and Fully Managed Payroll Service
Lot 2- Integrated HR and Payroll System Only
Lot 3- Fully Managed Payroll Service Only
Lot 4- HR System Only

All lots will be evaluated as submitted.

Systems are continually evolving and our reporting requirements and accessibility to HR and payroll data are increasing, in particular the ability to export data into other systems, making our processes more efficient. Scalable HR and Payroll systems that are capable of seamless integration are essential to improve the administrative HR and payroll process for the NMRN.

Costs of the tender will vary depending on which lot(s) are awarded. Full details can be found in the ITT document and also Appendix A - Scope of Requirement/Brief.
