Description

Worcestershire County Council, in partnership with Bromford Housing are commissioning a supported living scheme comprising 14 flats, communal space and office at My Place scheme at Bryson Place, Bromsgrove. The Scheme will open in October 2018. This specification outlines the services to be provided at the scheme and the principles under which they will be provided.

Only providers who are on the Council's Dynamic Purchasing System for Domiciliary Care and Housing with Support (DPS Contract) are eligible to apply for this service.
