Description
The Site is Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH. Provide Works in respect of the refurbishment of Lancaster House toilets and changing areas on the Ground, First and Second Floors.
Project Objectives
• To deliver the project effectively and ensure that project completion and operational use is achieved by the 31st May 2017.
• To achieve the minimum amount of disruption to the Lancaster House office day to day regime and management routines by complying with the criteria informed by the client and staff at the property. This should include out of hours working in cases of noisy works which could cause disturbance to the building users.
• To develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the key stakeholders, by ensuring full and proactive liaison before, during and after completion of the works.
• To provide a delivery service based on the requirements within this Works Information and any consequent discussions / instructions.
• To comply with all proposed designs, Technical and Legislative Standards, local authority planning and Building Regulations in force at the time of undertaking works.
• To deliver the project safely and efficiently whilst still maintaining the buildings daily operation.
• To demonstrate a best value solution for DEFRA in terms of quality, cost and time
• To achieve a predictability of cost and time and to achieve zero defects.
