Description
Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council's are jointly procuring in order to secure a highly
experienced and quality provider to establish and make self-sustainable within 3 years a community bank
in each respective local area. The Councils are looking for a single supplier to deliver the service for both
Authorities on an individual contract basis. The Councils are utilising the Competitive Dialogue process in order
to offer more opportunities to dialogue with the market in order to ensure the most robust bids are received.
