Torbay Council is seeking a strategic development partner for an innovative redevelopment opportunity In Central Torquay.
This project provides a fantastic opportunity to improve upon the current Riviera International Conference Centre and its surrounding land through the potential provision of a high-quality hotel, conference, leisure and mixed-use development.
