Description

Essex County Council (ECC) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Contractor to undertake the design and construction of the M11 Junction 7a highways scheme. The proposed M11 J7a works will comprise of a grade separated junction (GSJ) connected by a new overbridge, new entry/exit slip roads to the M11. A new link road joining the M11 to the B183 in Harlow will also be included. The B183 will be widened locally allowing access to the A414. The appointment will be based on the NEC3 Engineering Construction Contract Option A - Priced Contract with Activity Schedule. The anticipated contract value is £45,000,000 £50,000,000.
