Description

To identify and select a solution and delivery partner to support the realisation of the Salford Professional Development (SPD) Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) Project.
SPDs strategy is to create a VLE platform offering a world class learner experience that will allow SPD to create a new person-centred and career-focussed learning opportunity for individuals, providing a way to enrich their learning experiences through leading technology.
The solution will provide an end to end solution, starting from a marketing page advertising the courses available, through registration, payment (via integration with an existing service), into teaching and finally completion.
The project will involve the procurement and then commissioning of a solution into a live production environment.
