TeamViewer allows MCA to remotely support its existing laptop and mobile device estate. The tool simplifies and secures the management of End User Devices and means that MCA's support personnel can complete their management tasks from within a single platform. TeamViewer are understood to be the only integration partner with Microsoft Intune for remote control of end user device.
