Description

The purpose of this specification is to detail Central London Community Healthcare Trusts' (CLCH) requirements for an online patient-led appointment booking solution. The overarching aim of this solution is to deliver an accessible and cost-effective service, which enables people to have choice and flexibility in the way they manage the booking of their own clinic-based appointments.
