Surrey County Council, alongside Surrey Heartlands Clinical Commissioning Group, are looking to commission a partner to lead a co-design project to inform the future design of Children's Community Health Services in Surrey.
We require a partner with experience in leading engagement and co-design projects with a wide range of stakeholders to project manage and deliver a co-design project to inform the development of a future model for children's community health services.
