Description

The University of Worcester are looking to procure and implement a high quality, Enterprise Service Desk which is modern, efficient, and customer friendly. The Enterprise Solution will run key Service Desk functions for a number of Professional Service areas, initially for IT, Technology Enhanced Learning, Finance, Timetabling and Data Management Unit, with the option for HR, Estates and Security to be part of the phase one rollout. The new Solution will provide improved user experience - both back office and self-service providing a 'one stop shop' for staff a students and allowing for seamless integration between the services in terms of staff and student support processes. It will also ensure greater accuracy and efficiency in all processes, including improved business intelligence reporting.
