The technical specification would include; the risks and costs of implementation, methods to maximise heat transfer, and the viability of connecting to different heat boosting temperature technologies across a wider distributed heat network with an action plan for implementation clearly defined and scoped out. The Study is also required to consider the potential phasing of a project.
