Description
Lot 1 - Gateshead
The project will sub-divide & convert 38 existing void property units to 57 flats in the Leam Lane and Deckham areas to create a net gain of 19 units. Plus, additional office facilities at a 'hub' address will be required.
Lot 2 - Hartlepool
The project will sub-divide & convert 25 existing units to 50 flats in the Clarence Road and West view estates to create a net gain of 25 units. Plus, additional office facilities at a 'hub' address will be required.
