Description
Homes England is seeking to appoint a competent Supplier to undertake Street Lighting Works at the Former Whittingham Hospital Site, Whittingham, Preston. Currently, both primary access routes (Main Drive & Stagg Lane) into the Site have lighting columns
which are responsibility of Homes England. As these are on private land they are not adopted by the Local Authority (LA). The existing lighting columns are fed be a private network from 4 different locations, 3no for the NHS private network on the main drive and 1no from Chrystal Hall nursing home on Stagg Lane. The intention of these works is to reconfigure electrical supplies such that they come under Homes England's direct control.
