Description

Corserv Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd wish to appoint a contractor to carry out roofing works to 10 properties and internal decorations. This project is being undertaken to remove all existing roof materials (including, but not limited to: slates, tiles, under-spraying, battens and leadwork) and Supply and Fix new slates, tiles, felt, battens, ridge tiles, hip tiles and lead-work, and internal decorations where required. This will be carried out under a JCT Contract.
