The Authority is seeking the provision of a Mobile Telephony Service including:
• Line rental (voice & data) per connection
• SMS/MMS charges per message
• On network call charges
• Other network call charges
• Premium rate/Directory enquiries call charges
• International roaming call charges   
• International roaming data charges
• Additional data 'bolt-on' options if applicable that can be applied to an individual sim (and options for known excessive data users) - data flexibility, based on a set amount of GB per line
• Any other charges that fall outside of the above
